Course Overview

For a team to be truly effective, its team members must come together with the same vision and be motivated to bring that vision to life. They must all share clear, measurable goals, and be committed to each play their part in the success of the group/team. 

Understanding Effective Teams

This programme focuses on the challenges inherent in local and virtual teams. The learning addresses the difficulties in building trust, virtual communication, managing conflict and overcoming cultural barriers. 

Participants can expect tutor inputs, case studies, group discussions, group work and self-analysis tools, all appropriately used to ensure that the time is as enjoyable as it is useful.
