What is Cultural Intelligence?

We all know about IQ, which measures mental acuity. Another perhaps lesser known metric is EQ; emotional intelligence, which measures our capacity to understand our own emotions, and those of other individuals. Cultural Intelligence, however, can be understood as a means of assessing and improving one’s efficacy in dealing with culturally diverse situations.
